Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of 2play.lol, including our website and mobile apps (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

Who can use 2play

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/UK), or have the permission of a parent or guardian where the law requires it. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live.

Your account

You can play as a guest or create an account with a username, email and password.
Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Usernames must not impersonate others or be offensive. We may change or remove a username that breaks these terms.
Guest profiles are tied to the device or browser they were created on and may be lost if you sign out or clear your data. Create an account to keep your progress.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

harass, threaten, hate on or abuse other players, in usernames, drawings, words or voice chat;
post or share unlawful, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable content;
cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, or manipulate ratings or leaderboards;
record or share another player’s voice without their consent;
attack, overload, scrape or probe the Service, or try to access it without permission;
reverse engineer the Service except where the law allows it;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

You can report any player, and block them so you are never matched with, invited by or heard by them again, from their profile, during a match and from the result screen, in the app and on the website. Our team reviews reports. Players who break these rules can be warned, suspended or removed from the Service.

Matchmaking and bots

If no human opponent is found within a short time, you may be matched with a computer-controlled bot. Matches against them are unrated.

User content and voice chat

You keep ownership of content you create in games, such as drawings and answers. You give us a limited licence to host, display and transmit it as needed to run the match and show it to your opponent. You are responsible for your content and conduct. Other players are not screened in advance, so use the Service carefully, and do not share personal information with people you meet through it. To report a player or content, use Report in the app or on the website, or email [email protected]. We may remove content and suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Our content

The Service, including the games, design, name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment.

Free service and changes

2play is currently free to use. We may add, change or remove games and features, or change or discontinue the Service, at any time. If we introduce paid features we will tell you before you are charged.

Mobile apps and Apple

If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app, and is not responsible for any claims about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms for the iOS app and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the applicable third-party terms, such as Apple’s Media Services Terms, and your carrier’s terms.

Termination

You can stop using 2play and delete your account at any time from Account settings in the app or on the website. We may suspend or end your access, or remove your account, if you break these terms or to protect the Service or other players, including when other players report you and we confirm the report.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that matches, ratings or history will never be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
