How to play Four in a Row
The grid stands upright: seven columns, six rows. Each of you has your own colour of discs.
On your turn, pick a column; your disc falls to the lowest empty slot in it.
Line up four of your discs in a row (horizontally, vertically or diagonally) to win.
A full column cannot take another disc; pick a different one.
If all 42 slots fill up without a line of four, the game is a draw.

Tips to win
Play in the middle column early: more lines of four pass through it than through any other.
Before every drop, look at the slot above it, a disc you place can give your rival the square they need.
Build two threats at once, stacked one above the other, so blocking one sets up the other.
